Property leads are cheap to generate and easy to waste. Almost all of the money is lost between the enquiry arriving and somebody calling it back.
What usually brings you here
Real estate has no shortage of lead generation. Portals, brokers and paid social will all produce volume. What they will not do is tell you which of those leads ever walked a site, and that is the only number that matters.
The conversion window is long. The buyer who signs is frequently the one nurtured for six or eight months, which means any campaign judged on cost per lead is being judged on the wrong end of the process entirely.
And speed decides it. An enquiry called back within five minutes converts at a wildly different rate to one called back the next day, yet most sales teams are working a spreadsheet that arrives once a week.
What we run
Campaigns measured to site visit
We run paid search and social against cost per qualified site visit rather than cost per form fill, which requires wiring the CRM back into the ad platforms so the campaigns learn from what actually happened.
Nurture across the real timeline
WhatsApp and email sequences built for a six to eight month window: project updates, construction progress, pricing changes and payment plans. This is where property marketing is won and it is almost never run properly.
Instant response and routing
An automatic acknowledgement in under a minute, the lead routed to the right salesperson with an alert, and escalation when nobody has touched it. Unglamorous, and usually the highest-return change available.
Creative that sells the place
Walkthrough video, drone, and stills cut for every placement. Property is sold on what it looks like and on what the neighbourhood feels like, neither of which survives a floor plan JPEG.
On the record
We have run marketing for property and construction businesses in the NCR, including Aggarwal Associates.
The questions that come up
Can you guarantee a number of leads?
We can forecast a range from spend and category, and we will commit to a target cost per lead. We will not guarantee a lead count, because anyone who does is either padding the estimate or planning to buy junk volume to hit it.
Our leads are poor quality. Is that a targeting problem?
Sometimes, but more often it is a measurement problem. If the platform is optimising toward form fills it will find you people who fill forms. Feed site visits back into it and the targeting changes on its own.
Do you handle RERA compliance in the creative?
Yes, registration details go on the creative as required, and we will not run campaigns for a project whose availability or approval status we have been asked to keep vague.
Do you work with brokers as well as developers?
Yes, though the work differs. Developers need launch campaigns and long nurture. Brokers usually need local search, a fast response process and a personal brand that outlasts any single listing.
