2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our digital services, all payments made to Blulink Marketing are final and non-refundable, except in the circumstances mentioned below.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Monthly/Quarterly digital marketing retainers
- Paid advertising spend already used on platforms
- Custom software or website development work once initiated
- Services that have already been delivered in full or partially
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We may issue a full or partial refund in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service by mistake.
- Project Cancellation by Blulink Marketing: If we are unable to initiate or deliver the service due to internal reasons.
- Service Not Initiated: If you request cancellation before the service has begun, and no resource or time has been allocated.
Note: Any third-party fees (e.g., ad budgets paid to Meta, Google, etc.) are not covered under our refund policy.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please send an email to info@blulinkmarketing.com within 7 days of the original transaction. Include:
- Full Name
- Contact details
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
All requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and you will be notified of the decision via email.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Service Revisions Instead of Refunds
In most cases, instead of issuing a refund, we offer:
- Service credits for future use
- Revision of the delivered service based on your feedback
- Priority support to resolve issues
